In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes §10-234aa–dd, commonly known as the Connecticut Student Data Privacy Act (Public Act 16-189), Enfield Public Schools is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security, and integrity of student personally identifiable information. Vendors are required to comply with applicable state and federal privacy laws and to securely delete student data when it is no longer needed or upon termination of services.  The vendors listed below have pledged to be CT compliant or, if not pledged, the district has entered into an agreement with the organization that aligns with PA 16-189.
