Christopher J. Drezek – Superintendent

Chris Drezek, Deputy Superintendent of Schools

Mr. Drezek began his tenure as Superintendent for the Enfield Public Schools on July 1, 2017. Prior to this year, Mr. Drezek served as Deputy Superintendent for the Enfield Public Schools five years. Mr. Drezek’s career with the Enfield Public Schools began in 2004, serving as the district’s Business Manager. After a brief time as the Director of Human Resources and Operations for the Wethersfield Board of Education, Mr. Drezek returned to Enfield in 2010 to serve as the district’s Director of Human Resources. Prior to entering into central office administration, Mr. Drezek served as a teacher and coach at Sacred Heart HighSchool in Waterbury, CT as well as an Assistant Principal of St. Paul Middle and High School in Bristol, CT. 

 

Mr. Drezek earned a Sixth Year in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University, Master’s of Education from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Science degree from Post University.
